Tele caller / Inside Sales Specialist / SDR / Sales Executive

Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for a Telecaller/Inside Sales Specialist/SDR/Sales Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, establishing initial contact, and scheduling meetings with prospects. Daily tasks will include cold calling, following up on leads, providing basic information about our services, and maintaining client communication. The Specialist will play a key role in building relationships with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales outreach strategy Ability to understand and articulate recruitment and talent acquisition services Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales-related software Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in B2B sales or inside sales is preferred Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
