We’re Hiring | Aggregator Performance & Growth Executive

Are you data-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling food delivery performance? We’re looking for a sharp professional to manage and optimize our Swiggy & Zomato business performance across multiple outlets.

About the Role: You will play a key role in driving growth, visibility, and profitability on food delivery platforms by turning data into actionable insights and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Analytics & Performance Monitoring * Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales via Swiggy & Zomato dashboards * Analyze order volume, AOV, ratings, cancellations, and outlet-wise performance * Monitor commissions, discounts, and profitability metrics * Prepare MIS and performance reports for leadership review

Menu & Pricing Optimization * Analyze item-level performance (bestsellers vs low performers) * Support menu updates, pricing revisions, and promotional planning * Ensure menu hygiene across platforms (images, pricing, descriptions)

Campaign & Visibility Management * Coordinate with Swiggy & Zomato account managers for ads and visibility campaigns * Evaluate ROI on campaigns and promotions * Recommend smart discounting strategies to improve conversions and margins

Customer Insights & Feedback * Track ratings, reviews, and customer feedback trends * Collaborate with outlet teams to improve delivery experience, packaging, and consistency

Cross-Functional Coordination * Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams * Share outlet-level insights and action plans * Ensure menu availability, inventory, and pricing alignment

Business Growth & Strategy * Prepare projections, competitor benchmarking, and regional analysis * Identify new revenue opportunities through platform partnerships

Key Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) ✔ Hands-on experience with Swiggy/Zomato Partner Portals or POS systems ✔ Understanding of QSR & food delivery business models ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✔ High attention to detail with a data-first mindset
