Role Description:
- Handle the Automation business across North & East Region with responsibility for growth and performance
- Lead and scale sales teams and system integrators to outperform
- Hunt and close large, strategic deals with key customers
- Strengthen pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and conversion outcomes across the region
- Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains
- Build a high-performance sales leadership team with clear accountability
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business leadership, preferably in Home Automation
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North & East region
- Strong background in channel-led sales and system integrators
