About the Role Unstoppable Creative Agency is hiring an Operations & Vendor Executive (Entry Level) to support on-ground marketing operations for our real estate client, Nirvana Realty. This role focuses on vendor coordination, execution support, documentation, and day-to-day operational management.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling on-site coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors for print, marketing collaterals, site branding, events, and installations Manage vendor communication, timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables Oversee on-ground marketing execution, site branding, and activations Handle invoices, payment follow-ups, and documentation in coordination with the finance team Maintain vendor databases, trackers, and internal coordination sheets Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and partner agencies Support shoots, site visits, events, and ground-level marketing activities Assist with logistics planning, approvals, budgeting, and basic reporting

Who Should Apply 0–2 years of experience in operations, vendor coordination, marketing support, or similar roles Strong follow-up and coordination skills Basic understanding of marketing materials, print processes, and on-ground execution Good organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working onsite and visiting project locations when required Ability to manage documentation, invoices, and trackers

(Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.)
