The responsibilities we entrust you with Manage end-to-end collections for International and India entities, coordinating with internal teams and merchants directly. Ensure Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) is maintained and controlled within 60 days. Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) reports on a periodic basis. Perform ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of receivables. Post collection entries in ERP systems (Navision / Oracle) in a timely and accurate manner. Carry out knocking off of collections against open invoices. Handle and resolve queries from internal and external customers, ensuring timely closure. Manage TDS booking and reconciliation as per statutory requirements. Support other team members and cross-functional teams as required. Handle and respond to audit related queries, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Managing debt recovery, identifying risks, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining records.

What matters in this role Hands-on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Navision will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of the collections and receivables process. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Good English communication and writing skills to effectively manage international and domestic collections and queries.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce ( B.Com ).
