Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise and Cloud Security experience
to design, automate, secure, and manage our cloud infrastructure.
You will work closely with development and leadership teams to build
scalable, highly available, and secure
environments for our Tours & Travel technology platforms. This role combines
DevOps automation
with
security ownership , ensuring our systems are protected against modern cloud and application threats.
Key Responsibility:
DevOps & Infrastructure
Automate AWS infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as
AWS CDK (preferred), Terraform, or CloudFormation
Design and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
Deploy and manage
containerized services
on ECS, EKS, or Fargate
Implement
monitoring, logging, and alerting
using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
Perform
incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
Write
Python or Bash scripts
to automate operational workflows
Manage
IAM roles, VPCs, security groups , and networking configurations
Drive
cost optimization
and cloud governance practices
Cloud Security & DevOps
Implement
security best practices
across AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Set up
security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and threat detection
Enforce
least-privilege IAM policies
and access control mechanisms
Secure data using
encryption in transit and at rest
Protect APIs and applications using
WAF, rate-limiting, and authentication mechanisms
Conduct
regular security audits
and misconfiguration checks
Monitor, detect, and respond to
security incidents or data breaches
Ensure compliance with
GDPR and data protection standards
Integrate
security checks into CI/CD pipelines
(DevSecOps)
Key Responsibility:
3+ years experience in
DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong knowledge of
AWS core services
(EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, CloudFront)
Experience with
Infrastructure-as-Code
(AWS CDK / Terraform / CloudFormation)
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD pipelines and Git
Strong knowledge of
Docker and container orchestration
Scripting skills in
Python or Bash
Experience with
monitoring, logging, and observability
Good understanding of
cloud security, IAM, encryption, network security
Familiarity with
Linux environments
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
DevSecOps tools
(Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube, OWASP tools, or AWS Security Hub)
Knowledge of
WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, Inspector
Understanding of
DNS, SSL/TLS, Load Balancers, Route53
Exposure to
serverless and event-driven architectures
AWS
Associate-level certification
(Solutions Architect or SysOps) is a plus
