Salesforce Admin
Duration :- 6 month (Hybrid)
Experience :- 5-10 Years
Locatio :- Noida, Jaipur, Pune & Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports)
Manage user onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Monitor system performance, data quality, and adoption metrics
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing activities
Coordinate with developers, vendors, and Salesforce support when needed
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or required
Experience in CPQ.
Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or both)
Experience with automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder (legacy), or Approval Processes
Solid understanding of data management and reporting
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good in communication
