Production Chemist

Execute daily production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

 Assist in granulation, compression, coating (Tablet), filling & sealing (DPI), compounding and aseptic filtration (Liquid Injection).

 Operate basic machines under supervision (e.g., FBD, RMG, Compression machine, Capsule filling, Filling line, Autoclave).

 Monitor critical parameters and record observations in logbooks.

 Ensure correct weighing, dispensing, and handling of raw materials.Maintain production documents such as BMR, BPR, logbooks, and cleaning records.

 Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety regulations at all times.

 Support preparation of deviation reports, line clearance documents, and in-process checks.
