lean, high-ownership team
and are now looking to bring in a
Partnerships & Growth Manager (Associate)
to help build a consistent, high-quality demand pipeline for the agency.
Role Overview
As a Partnerships & Growth Manager (Associate), you will be responsible for
initiating and nurturing strategic conversations
that lead to qualified opportunities and partnerships for String Digital.
You will work closely with the founder and support a founder-led sales process by driving outreach, partnerships, and lead qualification. Deal closures will be handled by the founder.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, research, strategic outreach, and working in a growing creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients (founders, brand heads, marketing leads)
Execute personalised outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email (quality over volume)
Build and maintain lead lists, outreach trackers, and follow-up systems
Qualify leads before passing them to the founder for discovery calls
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and initiate partnerships with agencies, freelancers, consultants, and platforms
Build referral-based relationships and collaboration opportunities
Manage partner follow-ups and relationship nurturing
Help create a small but effective ecosystem of strategic partners
Sales & Founder Support
Schedule discovery calls and share relevant context beforehand
Support proposal coordination, follow-ups, and deal tracking
Maintain a simple CRM or tracking system for leads, conversations, and outcomes
Market & Growth Insights
Track trends in branding, social media, and creative services
Identify potential niches, industries, or brand categories to target
Share insights on outreach performance and prospect responses
What Weโre Looking For
Must-Haves
2โ4 years experience in partnerships, growth, business development, or B2B marketing
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with founders and senior stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive, and follow-up driven
Curious, strategic mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with a creative, branding, or digital agency
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold email tools
Interest in branding, design, content, or marketing strategy
Compensation & Performance Incentives
Base Salary:
โน35,000 โ โน45,000 per month (depending on experience)
