UI/UX Designer

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with 4+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user feedback Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX problem-solving skills Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Good understanding of

user-centered design principles , usability, and accessibility Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and style guides Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
