Back End Developer

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a colleague who is self-motivated, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with a small but flexible team. We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team immediately. Experience in DevOps will be an added advantage.

Core Skills • Solid Python 3 skills • Strong experience with Django & Django Rest Framework • Good understanding of Django ORM, API development, authentication, and middleware • Knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance basics)

Bonus / Preferred Skills • AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) • Experience in finance / fintech projects (maker-checker, audit trail, compliance) • Basic exposure to MongoDB (document modeling, aggregations)

General Engineering Skills • Git & version control • Basic Docker • Familiar with writing unit tests • Good debugging skills • Understanding of clean code & modular design

Requirements: • Experience of 2-5 years in writing test codes and integrating applications. • Hands-on experience in building web applications from scratch • Person should be of high integrity and values, able to stand ground in undesirable situations
