Engagement Manager - AI/ML and GenAI

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Help customer build AI strategy and lead the transition of traditional AI/GenAI and AI engineering work to India under the GCC initiative. People Management: Build and manage high-performing teams (~45–50 resources across Bangalore and Hyderabad). Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Optimize pyramid structure and improve Contribution Margin% . Ensure delivery under fixed rate card model with maximum leverage from India. Innovation & Transformation: Lead big bets in Agentic AI, centralized Data & AI COE, and enterprise transformation programs. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals. Governance & Reporting: Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership

Our Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in AI/ML and Analytics Proven track record in scaling AI teams and delivering large transformation programs. Strong understanding of AI/ML, Agentic AI and GenAI technologies. Experience in managing fixed rate card delivery models and optimizing cost structures. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Exposure to Agentic AI and advanced AI architectures Data engineering exposure desired but not mandatory Ability to build and lead Centers of Excellence (COEs). Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
