Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview :

We’re looking for bright, curious, and motivated fresh graduates who want to kickstart their careers as Full Stack Engineers. As part of our engineering team, you’ll get hands-on exposure across the frontend, backend, data, and automation stack building real-world products that impact customers and business outcomes. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, love problem-solving, and are eager to learn modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

● Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications under guidance from senior engineers. ● Work across frontend (React/Angular/Vue), backend (Python/Java/Node.js), and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). ● Build, test, and optimize APIs and microservices for performance and scalability. ● Contribute to automation scripts and data-driven modules within the ecosystem. ● Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features. ● Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. ● Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks to stay up to date.

What We’re Looking For: Technical Skills: ● Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming. ● Solid fundamentals in: ● Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React / Angular / Vue. ● Backend: Knowledge of one programming language (Python / Java / Node.js). ● Databases: SQL and basics of NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Redis, etc.). ● Version Control: Git/GitHub workflows. ● Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, and web services. ● Understanding of testing, debugging, and deployment processes. ● Familiarity with automation tools, basic scripting (Python/Bash), or data handling is a plus.

Educational Background: We are specifically looking for

students or recent graduates from IIT, NIT, or BITS , with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

Soft Skills: ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ● Fast learner with a passion for continuous improvement. ● Ownership mindset and curiosity for how things work end-to-end.

What You’ll Learn: ● Building and scaling real-world applications across frontend and backend. ● Working with modern tools — React, Node.js, Django/Flask, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms. ● End-to-end understanding of SDLC, agile development, and CI/CD. ● Data handling, automation testing, and integration workflows. ● Software craftsmanship: writing clean, modular, and testable code.

Location - Velachery, Chennai 6 days working week - Monday to Saturday.
