As we grow, we are expanding our team—and we’re hiring for a Sales role to help us reach more people who genuinely need support.

ROLE: GROWTH CONSULTANT (SALES) As a Growth Consultant at Being Health, you will: Represent a therapist-led mental health service with real impact Help individuals understand how structured mental health support can improve their lives Work in a base salary + performance-based commission model Have clear growth opportunities based on consistency and performance Be part of a purpose-driven organization where what you sell actually helps people This role requires empathy, clarity, responsibility, and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month Performance Incentives: ₹60,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month (uncapped earning potential)
