About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance Google Ads expert who has hands-on experience managing and scaling high-budget campaigns profitably.

If you understand CPL, ROAS, scaling strategies, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization — this role is for you.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata. We are looking for someone who wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities •

Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) •

Handle monthly budgets of ₹10L+ / $15K+ •

Improve ROAS & reduce CPL consistently •

Setup & manage tracking (GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions) •

Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives & bidding •

Generate detailed performance reports & scaling strategies

✅ Must-Have Skills •

4–6 years hands-on Google Ads experience •

Strong expertise in bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Manual CPC) •

Experience in lead generation (Travel preferred) •

Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics •

Strong analytical & decision-making skills
