Accounts & Finance Head (NBFC)

Job Description – Accounts & Finance Head (NBFC) Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office (In-person) Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a senior Accounts & Finance professional to lead the finance function of an NBFC actively engaged in lending and capital market–linked activities. The role requires strong NBFC accounting, regulatory understanding, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations for the NBFC.

* Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated where applicable).

* Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC accounting norms, and Ind AS.

* Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

* Oversee loan accounting, interest recognition, ECL provisioning, NPA classification, and regulatory reporting.

* Manage borrowings, lender reporting, bank reconciliations, and fund flow tracking.

* Supervise GST, TDS, income tax compliances, assessments, and notices.

* Coordinate closely with Company Secretary, auditors, lenders, and senior management.

* Support fund raises, capital structuring, listing-related financial work (preferred).

* Build and strengthen internal controls, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring.

Eligibility & Experience

* CA mandatory (preferred) | CMA acceptable for the right profile

* Mandatory: Strong prior experience with an NBFC

* 6–12 years of post-qualification experience (flexible for high-quality NBFC candidates)

* Exposure to lending businesses, structured finance, or capital market–linked activities preferred

Key Skills Required

* Deep understanding of NBFC accounting, RBI norms, and Ind AS

* Strong audit-handling and regulator-facing capability

* Hands-on approach (not just review-level)

* High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Culture & Expectations
