Title: ServiceNow Developer – CSM / ITSM (SOM or FSM)
Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai
Employment Type: C2H
Shifts: 2 PM- 11 PM (overlapping)
Experience Required: 6+ Years
CSM: 2+ Years
ITSM: 5 + Years
SOM or FSM: 2+ Years
Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in
CSM and ITSM , along with specialization in
either Service Operations Management (SOM) or Field Service Management (FSM) . The role involves end-to-end development, configuration, integration, and support of scalable ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules
Develop server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs)
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and Service Catalog items
Implement and enhance CSM case management and customer workflows
Configure ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB)
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support within SLA
Collaborate with onsite teams, architects, BAs, and QA in Agile delivery
Specialization (Either one):
SOM:
Event Management, service mapping, monitoring integrations, operational workflows
FSM:
Work order management, scheduling, dispatching, technician workflows, mobile workforce support
Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
Strong hands-on experience in
CSM and ITSM
Experience in
either SOM or FSM
Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs
Workflow / Flow Designer configuration
Service Catalog, Record Producers, Order Guides
CMDB and CI relationships
REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM / ITSM / SOM / FSM)
Experience with Integration Hub and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Performance Analytics and dashboarding exposure
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and best practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
