Role Overview
As part of the Global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of global engagement, feedback, and organizational development frameworks. This role combines strategic HR transformation, AI-enabled process innovation, and data-driven insights to strengthen organizational effectiveness across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
People Engagement & Performance
- Design, enhance, and drive people engagement strategies to improve employee experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
Feedback & Listening Systems
- Lead global feedback and engagement mechanisms including 360° feedback, engagement surveys, and team reflection frameworks.
- Ensure actionable follow-ups, continuous improvement, and governance compliance.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Define, monitor, and report diversity KPIs.
- Drive inclusive leadership behaviors and embed DEI principles into talent and performance processes.
Data, Analytics & AI Enablement
- Build and own people analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead and AI implementation in HR, including automation, AI agents, and digital HR solutions.
- Enable adoption through peer training and best-practice sharing.
Organizational Development & Change
- Support organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation programs.
- Design and facilitate leadership workshops and change interventions.
Governance & Compliance
- Own and govern global HR standards related to feedback systems, exit processes, and sustainability reporting.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields
Master’s degree or HR certifications (preferred)
10+ years of overall HR experience
8+ years in a senior HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role
(e.g., HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Services, HR IT,HR CoE)
Proven experience working with senior leadership and global teams
Strong exposure to process design and AI agent implementation
Advanced knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS platforms, people analytics, and reporting tools
Strong analytical and decision-support capabilities
