Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos) Track trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant Engage with audiences, respond to comments & DMs, and build active communities Digital Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads Implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, lead generation, and ROAS Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively Content Strategy & Creation Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals Write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy Collaborate with designers and video teams for high-quality creatives Repurpose content across platforms (blogs → reels → carousels) Analytics & Reporting Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies Interested candidates can share their CV at:
