US IT Recruiter

We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiter Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 days a week) Shift: US EST - 7:30 pm to 4:30 pm IST Experience: 5 – 7 years ⏳ Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment in the US market and be comfortable working across all tax terms (W2, C2C, and 1099).

Key Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates) ✅ Work across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms ✅ Source candidates via portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and networking ✅ Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding ✅ Build strong consultant/vendor networks ✅ Work closely with account managers to meet client requirements

Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment Strong understanding of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work in US EST time zone
