Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant with deep functional and architectural expertise in SAP FI/CO and experience supporting CoStar implementations. The consultant will support a major retail organization by designing and deploying SAP S/4 HANA financial solutions while enabling seamless integration with CoStar real estate leasing systems. The role requires strong knowledge of retail leasing operations, financial processes, and large-scale enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO solutions aligned with business requirements Support implementation and integration of CoStar for retail leasing operations Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and solution architecture Manage data conversion activities, integration testing, and cutover planning Enable end-to-end SAP financial solutions supporting retail and leasing operations Coordinate change requests from process design through functional specification and implementation Ensure accurate data extraction, synchronization, and reconciliation between SAP and CoStar systems Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices Support ongoing enhancements and issue resolution post-implementation Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of SAP functional and architectural experience Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and SD modules Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects Hands-on experience integrating or implementing CoStar (real estate leasing platform) Strong understanding of retail leasing processes and real estate data management Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and system integration testing Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with SAP Fashion or Retail Vertical Business Solutions Retail industry transformation program experience
