Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure the hiring of top talent. The role involves collaborating with team leaders to meet staffing goals and enhance recruitment strategies to align with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques Ability to develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the food or hospitality industry Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented work environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
