Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for talent acquisition candidates who can participate in our internship program. Candidates who make successful placement/conversions within 3 months will be hired as Talent Acquisition Executive with Industry-standard salaries. During the internship program, candidates are also eligible for commission-based remuneration for every successful hire.

Experience : Nil / Fresher

Location : Remote (Anywhere)

Internship Period : Maximum of 3 Months

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Sourcing, and screening high-quality candidates from job portals and social media channels - Talking to the right candidates & explaining the accurate job description; generating the exact skill-set of candidates/applicants - Enable smooth onboarding of candidates by ensuring consistent liaison between your team and candidate pool. - Scheduling Interviews - Assist your team in handling end-to-end recruitment

Required Skills:

- English Proficiency (Spoken & Written) - MS-Excel
