Oracle Cloud - HCM Functional (Core HR, OTL, US/Canada Payroll)

Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Payroll (US/Canada)

5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Strong expertise in Core HR, OTL, and Payroll (US/Canada) modules.

Implementation & Configuration

Lead end-to-end implementation of Core HR, OTL, and Payroll modules for US/Canada.

Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, and worker data in Core HR.

Set up time entry profiles, time card layouts, rules, and approvals in OTL.

Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, fast formulas, and legislative compliance for US/Canada Payroll.

Define workflows, approvals, and security roles for HR and payroll processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather requirements and align system processes.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide post-implementation support, resolve functional issues, and manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

Document HR, OTL, and Payroll processes, configurations, and workflows.

Integration & Data Management

Work with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts,and Spreadsheet Loader for HR, time, and payroll data.

Ensure seamless integration with Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.

Training & Guidance

Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR, Payroll, and Time & Absence teams.

Mentor junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert for Core HR, OTL, and Payroll.
