Role Description

The Bangalore Group of Institutions is seeking a full-time HR for its on-site campus in Bengaluru. The HR will recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR compliance, ensuring policies align with institutional goals. Responsibilities include facilitating staff training, performance management, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee records, handling payroll, and developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Human Resources Management and Recruitment skills Employee Relations and Effective Communication abilities Proficiency in Compliance Management and Organizational Policies Experience with Payroll Systems and Performance Management Change Management and Leadership Development skills Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India Experience in the education and IT sector is advantageous
