What You’ll Be Responsible For Researching and identifying high-value accounts Mapping decision-makers and stakeholders Writing thoughtful, personalized outreach Following structured outreach cadences Booking qualified meetings Maintaining clean CRM discipline Sharing insights from conversations with leadership You won’t be asked to spam 500 emails a day. You will be asked to think.

What We’re Looking For 1–4 years in SDR/BDR/lead gen role Strong written communication Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers Curiosity and discipline Comfort with tools like Sales Navigator and CRM systems Coachability and ambition
