Job Title: Full-Time Home Tutor & Learning Facilitator Location: Gurgaon, India Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Full-Time (Live-Out or Live-In, as preferred) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience + performance-based incentives

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, structured, and intellectually curious Home Tutor to guide the academic and character development of three bright, spirited children. This role is more than tutoring — it's about cultivating a love for learning, instilling values, and building foundational excellence across subjects, while respecting each child’s unique rhythm and spark. You’ll work closely with the family, integrating global curricula (Montessori, classical, and modern STEM/entrepreneurship elements) while also preserving core Indian values — discipline, empathy, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities: • Academic Instruction: ◦ Deliver daily lessons in English, Math, and General Knowledge, tailored to each child's level and interests ◦ Conduct project-based learning activities tied to real-world applications and creativity ◦ Assist with reading fluency, writing skills, and spoken expression • Values & Life Skills: ◦ Instill values such as respect, responsibility, perseverance, and kindness ◦ Guide children through daily routines, self-discipline, and goal-setting ◦ Encourage independent thinking and problem-solving • Enrichment & Physical Learning: ◦ Support outdoor learning, storytelling, nature walks, and imaginative play ◦ Liaise with the yoga coach and other subject-matter experts (e.g., Hindi, chess, computer science, music) ◦ Promote healthy screen habits and mindfulness • Parental Coordination: ◦ Share weekly reports on progress and observations ◦ Align learning goals with the family’s vision and feedback ◦ Co-create monthly themes (e.g., \"The Solar System,\" \"Indian Heroes,\" \"How Businesses Work\")

Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Psychology, or Child Development • 5+ years teaching or tutoring children under 10 • Fluent in English; basic knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit a plus • Creative, warm, and firm — a guide, not a dictator; a mentor, not a babysitter • Comfortable with Montessori and modern digital tools • Emotionally intelligent; can manage tantrums as skillfully as math problems • Passionate about early childhood education, values, and holistic growth
