About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and insight-driven
Content & Creative Strategist
who can turn brand goals into powerful content narratives. You will own ideation, storytelling, content directions, campaign strategy, and ensure creative excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop end-to-end content strategies for brands across digital platforms.
Deeply understand brand tone, audience psychology, and platform dynamics.
Create content calendars, campaign structures, and storytelling frameworks.
Bring strong POVs rooted in trends, cultural moments, and user behaviour.
2. Creative Ideation & Concept Development
Craft big campaign ideas and micro-content concepts for short-form videos, static content, carousels, and branded communication.
Create scripts, hooks, narrative flows, and content directions for creators/influencers.
Support brand pitches with fresh, unique creative concepts.
3. Content Writing & Copy Supervision
Write compelling copy for social media, campaigns, video scripts, and branded content.
Guide junior writers/creators to maintain quality, tone, and consistency.
Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and communication objectives.
4. Influencer & Creator-Led Content Strategy
Develop direction for influencer videos, brand integrations, and topical content.
Analyze platform insights to refine creator briefs and improve output.
Collaborate with the internal creator team to bring ideas to life.
5. Client Communication & Collaboration
Work closely with account teams to understand client expectations and campaign requirements.
Present strategies, concepts, and content frameworks to clients with clarity and confidence.
Maintain strong communication flow between creative, production, and client teams.
6. Research, Insights & Trend Tracking
Constantly monitor platform trends, content formats, creator styles, and cultural shifts.
Conduct competitive research and generate insights that strengthen content strategy.
Use analytics and performance data to optimize future content directions.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in social media content strategy, digital marketing, or creative strategy.
Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent command over English writing—hooks, scripts, micro-copy, and storytelling.
Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems.
Experience writing for influencers, creators, or brand-led social content is a strong plus.
Ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and deliver creatively under tight timelines.
Strong presentation & communication skills.
