Peoplesoft Functional Consultant

Position: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant Experience: 10+ Years Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) Location: Remote Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Salary Payment Cycle: Between 12th – 18th of every month

Documentation Requirement : Only Aadhar Card will be required for onboarding. No other documents needed.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Payroll, and Benefits modules. The consultant will be responsible for functional design, system configurations, payroll processing support, and integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support.

Key Skills Required ● Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 ● Expertise in Payroll & Benefits modules ● Experience with SQL and database queries ● Experience with system configurations and integrations ● Ability to prepare functional design documents ● Experience in creating test scripts and test plans ● Knowledge of system enhancement and production support Key Responsibilities ● Work on PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits configurations ● Perform requirement analysis and functional design ● Prepare functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts ● Support system integrations with third-party applications ● Conduct UAT testing and system validation ● Perform impact analysis for system changes ● Provide production support and enhancements ● Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders Preferred Experience ● Experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS ● Experience in PeopleSoft implementation, upgrades, and support projects ● Good understanding of PeopleSoft tools and integration frameworks

Qualification ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field ● Relevant PeopleSoft certifications will be an added advantage.
