About the Role: Ample Solar Private Limited is hiring a motivated and result oriented Sales Representative/Sales Telecaller to support the growth of solar EPC business. This role focuses on driving sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects through connecting with customers, explaining solutions, and driving impactful conversations every day.

Sales Representative/Sales Telecaller

Responsibilities: • Engage with new and existing customers through calls, emails, and messages. • Present solar solutions, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner. • Identify and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers. • Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Prepare and share proposals, negotiate terms if needed, and close deals. • Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification and Experience: • Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Science, or Arts). • Bachelor's in engineering (Electrical / Energy-related fields) will give an added advantage. • Diploma or certification in Renewable Energy / Solar Technology is an added advantage. • 1–2 years’ experience in solar sales, insurance, telecom, or customer service. • Experience in lead generation, CRM handling, or B2B/B2C sales is a plus.

Requirement Includes: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Good understanding of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) and basic system pricing. • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for managing leads. • Target-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude. • Ability to explain technical concepts, if any in simple terms to customers. • Candidate must possess a relevant experience in the field of renewable sector especially in the solar sector.
