Our flagship product GoPadFree Reusable Leakproof Period Panty is a favourite across marketplaces. To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Executive at HealthFab. The role involves handling of accounting, MIS preparation, financial reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Compliance Assist in accounting with Zoho Books, audits, tax filings and statutory compliances Stay updated with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, MCA, PF, ESIC and other regulations Respond timely to business, financial and regulatory queries Manage end-to-end documentation and record-keeping for compliance and audits

Reporting & Analysis Prepare MIS, board reports, investor updates and cash flow statements Participate actively in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Support founders and stakeholders with key financial insights and decision-making

Cash Flow & Treasury Manage working capital, optimize cash flows and maintain financial health Manage and track vendor invoices, payments and TDS deductions. Periodically reconcile platform payments and receivables

Key Requirements: Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant finance degrees with a strong grounding in accounting principles, tax and financial reporting.

Experience: 3-5 years

of post-qualification experience in handling

end-to-end accounts, finance and reporting

functions in a growing Startup or a mid-sized company Accounting

experience with

Zoho Books

is a must Hands-on with

MIS & Financial reporting Familiar with

startup culture

and working in a

fast-paced environment Bonus points if you’ve worked with

e-commerce/ D2C brands!
