What We Do

GasUp.ai is an AI-powered business automation and digital marketing agency. We architect high-level solutions including autonomous AI Employees and conversational AI integrations that automate up to 90% of business operations. We replace 15+ fragmented tools with one system: CRM, email, SMS, whatsapp, funnels, AI chatbots, workflows, etc.

We are currently selecting a high-performing Outreach Specialist to represent our brand and our logistics partner, Freight Trans, in the UK market.

We're also partnered with Freight Trans, a UK logistics company, to handle their outreach.

You'll be calling pre-qualified leads for both companies, booking demos, and sometimes closing initial sales.

The Role

This is a consultative outreach role, not a call center job. You will call warm leads who have already expressed interest, as well as prospects we believe can scale their businesses using our services.

What You'll Do:

- Call pre-qualified UK leads from our CRM - Qualify prospects and book demos for GasUp.AI - Close initial sales for Freight Trans logistics services - Update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and next steps - Provide market feedback: what objections you're hearing, what messaging works - Collaborate with UK-based founders on strategy

Success looks like:

- Week 1-2: Training complete, comfortable with scripts and CRM - Month 1: 5-10 conversions/bookings per week - Month 2+: Consistent 10-15+ conversions weekly, building recurring commission stream

Schedule & Commitment

Working hours range: 3 PM - 11 PM IST, Monday-Saturday (No fixed no. of hours)

Why these hours? You're calling UK businesses during their work day (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM UK time).

**There are no fixed working hours. Within the designated timeframe, you have the flexibility to scale your hours based on your desired earnings.

Compensation

We pay for results, not just effort. Your income scales with performance.

Commission Structure:

Freight Trans (logistics leads):

- ₹600-₹1200 per closed lead (£5-£10)

GasUp.AI (SaaS platform):

- ₹1800-₹4500 (£15-£35) per client closed - Add-on: ₹450 (£5) recurring monthly for every active client subscription you helped close (paid for lifetime of subscription)

Base Salary (after 2 months):

- Upon successful performance review, you'll receive ₹12,000-₹24,000/month (£100-£200) base salary in addition to commissions - Base salary increases every 6 months based on performance

Realistic Earnings Example:

- Month 1-2 (commission only): ₹25,000-₹40,000/month - Month 3+ (base + commission): ₹40,000-80,000/month - Month 6+ (with recurring commissions building): ₹60,000-₹120,000/month

The recurring commission model means your income grows even if you maintain the same performance, because you're building passive income from past conversions.

Requirements

Must Have:

- Excellent spoken English with neutral or UK-friendly accent (you're calling UK business owners) - Quiet, professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet - 1-3 years experience in B2B sales, outreach, or client-facing roles - Strong communication skills - you can build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally - Self-motivated and results-driven - we track outcomes, not micromanage your process

Nice to Have:

- Experience talking to UK or European markets - Familiarity with CRM systems - Background in SaaS, tech. - Basic understanding of AI and automation (we'll train you on our specific tools)

- Can't commit to UK business hours consistently - Need constant supervision or detailed daily instructions - Treating this as a temporary gig while looking for something else - Uncomfortable with performance-based compensation - Noisy home environment or unreliable internet
