Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an AI Platform Engineer specializing in Conversational and Applied AI. The role involves developing and maintaining AI platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, building software solutions, optimizing infrastructure, and working with programming languages and databases. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable deployment and functionality of AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview We are looking for an

AI Platform Engineer

to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power AI-driven skill assessments, mock interviews, dashboards, and real-time guidance. The role involves working with

conversational AI, AI agents/avatars, and backend APIs

to deliver production-grade, scalable AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain *scalable REST APIs* and interactive platform features including *skill tests, mock interviews, dashboards, and analytics*. •⁠ ⁠Build and deploy *AI agents and virtual avatars* that provide real-time guidance, feedback, and coaching to users. •⁠ ⁠Integrate and fine-tune *AI/ML models* for NLP, conversational AI, recommendations, and intelligent scoring. •⁠ ⁠Implement *real-time communication* using WebSockets and async programming for interactive AI experiences. •⁠ ⁠Optimize application *performance, security, scalability, and code quality*. •⁠ ⁠Continuously improve AI systems using *user behavior, feedback, and performance metrics*. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with *product, design, frontend, and data teams* to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. •⁠ ⁠Deploy and manage AI services on cloud infrastructure with monitoring and reliability best practices.
