global customers

via multiple communication channels, delivering high‑quality technical and customer service support while ensuring excellent customer experience.

International BPO

will be an added advantage. Shift:

Must be comfortable working in

Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to

global customer queries

through multiple communication channels (Chat). Assist customers by resolving queries,

registering complaints , and offering appropriate resolutions. Ensure

effective and timely resolution

of customer issues at the customer’s level of understanding. Maintain and update

CRM systems

accurately with all relevant customer information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
