Designation – Quality Analyst – Design Team Department - Quality & Process Excellence / Design Operations Location - Ahmedabad

About the Role The Quality Analyst – Design will be responsible for evaluating the quality of design outputs through structured audits, generating actionable insights, and driving compliance to design standards, customer requirements, and brand guidelines. The role focuses on

improving first-time-right designs, reducing rework, and enhancing customer experience

through data-driven quality interventions.

Key Responsibilities Quality Audits & Evaluation Conduct end-to-end quality audits of design deliverables across products and categories. Assess designs against defined quality parameters such as accuracy, brand compliance, customization adherence, and customer instructions. Identify defects, error patterns, and systemic gaps impacting customer experience. Insights & Reporting Analyse audit data to identify

trends, themes, and root causes

of defects. Create insightful reports and dashboards highlighting risk areas, improvement opportunities, and compliance gaps. Share

actionable insights

with Design Leads, Coaches, and Operations teams to drive corrective actions. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to design SOPs, style guides, and quality benchmarks. Monitor compliance scores and flag repeated non-compliance or high-risk behaviors. Support calibration exercises to maintain audit consistency and fairness. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Design Team Leads, Trainers, and Process Excellence teams to drive quality improvement initiatives. Participate in feedback and coaching discussions to explain audit outcomes clearly and constructively. Support implementation of quality action plans and track effectiveness. Continuous Improvement Contribute to enhancement of quality frameworks, audit checklists, and sampling strategies. Identify opportunities to improve audit effectiveness through risk-based and theme-based audits. Support training needs identification based on audit findings.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

(mandatory). Ability to review and evaluate professional design outputs with attention to detail. Understanding of print-ready design requirements is an added advantage. Communication Skills Excellent

verbal and written communication in English

. Ability to articulate quality findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently. Skilled in providing balanced, factual, and improvement-focused feedback. Analytical & Behavioral Skills Strong analytical mindset with an eye for patterns and trends. High attention to detail and strong quality orientation. Ability to challenge non-compliance objectively while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.

Education & Experience Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in

Design related roles

(experience in printing/e-commerce/design operations is a plus). Exposure to quality frameworks or audit methodologies will be an advantage.
