We are looking for a smart, bold & passionate Business - Compliance & Finance with preferably 2+ years of work experience in any ecommerce startup. You will be working directly with the founder!

We have a very lean business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.

Roles & Responsibilities Global Export Compliances - Compliance while launching to a new country - Clearance, Tax, Rebates etc. Automation - Supply chain, Cashflows, Accounting, Invoicing etc. Vendor Management - Look at Sourcing of products & Negotiation with vendors Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations GST & MCA Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation, APOB Addition, Export Refunds Organic & Food Safety compliance

Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Startups - Export & Corporate compliances Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.) Any degree :). The most important is a hunger to learn and grow! Should be really good at Excel
