Quality Assurance Associate Analyst, eCommerce, – QA Associate Analyst, Feature Based About the Role: The QA Associate Analyst for eCommerce Experiences role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Experience teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences. This role blends quality ownership, test automation, and hands-on front-end development, enabling teams to build and ship features with confidence. As a member of a cross-functional Agile squad, this role contributes across the full feature lifecycle—from design and development through testing, release, and post-production support—while continuously improving quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms.

What Will You Do? Quality Engineering & Testing: Own feature-level quality for assigned initiatives across web and platform experiences. Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios. Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Jasmine, and React Testing Library. Partner with engineers to embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous integration and continuous testing. Review production defects and contribute to automation strategies that help prevent recurrence. Leverage monitoring, observability, and analytics tools to assess issue impact and support prioritization.

API & Integration Validation: Validate integrations with REST and GraphQL APIs, including schema validation and contract testing. Collaborate with backend and BFF teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and testable API integrations. · Support end-to-end testing across distributed systems and services.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX, and Engineering to validate requirements and acceptance criteria. Contribute to technical and quality documentation. Share best practices and support team learning through collaboration and knowledge sharing . What Do You Need to Bring? Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Front-End Engineering, or a hybrid QE/Developer role. Hands-on experience with Automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Jasmine, and React Testing Library ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience testing and integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automated testing workflows. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Micro Frontend architectures and modern UI platforms. Familiarity with Node.js, NPM, and front-end build tools. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive/mobile-first design. Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) Retail or e-commerce domain experience. Understanding of localization and internationalization principles.
