Legal Consultant

We're looking for a AGM Legal (Non-Litigation) with a largest infrastructure conglomerate with a diversified presence across Real Estate, Airports, Energy, Transportation, Urban Infrastructure, and Sports.

Job Summary:

The Legal role in the Real Estate business is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, and providing legal guidance to safeguard the company's interests. This position involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and support business objectives.

Description:

- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. - Manage regulatory compliance for real estate projects. Monitor changes in laws and update internal policies. - Handle litigation and dispute resolution. Coordinate with external legal counsel for timely case management. - Provide legal advice to internal teams on project-related matters. Support risk mitigation strategies. - Maintain accurate legal records and documentation. Ensure timely filing and retrieval of documents.

Educational Qualifications: LLB or equivalent law degree; additional certifications in real estate law preferred.

Relevant Industry/Sector Experience: 12-15 years of experience in legal roles within real estate or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in legal research and documentation tools. Excellent negotiation and advisory skills.

Requirements:
