Role Overview
This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through owned D2C channels and influencer-led marketing. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creator partnerships, content, and commerce, and is critical to scaling brand presence and sales across digital platforms for Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Performance Marketing
Own and optimize D2C growth across paid social, search, and affiliate channels
Manage full-funnel performance including acquisition, conversion, and retention
Optimize landing pages, CRO, offers, bundles, and checkout experience
Track and improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion rates
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Plan and execute influencer strategies across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Identify, onboard, and manage creators, athletes, fitness experts, and beauty influencers
Drive performance-led influencer campaigns including affiliate links, codes, and live commerce
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance norms
Content & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and UGC
Execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars
Repurpose influencer content for paid ads and D2C channels
Data, Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and creator ROI on a daily/weekly basis
Build reports and insights to optimize spend, creatives, and creator mix
Test new formats, platforms, and growth experiments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, Marketplace, CRM, and Supply Chain teams
Coordinate with agencies, influencer managers, and production partners
Support inventory planning by aligning demand forecasts with campaigns
Mandatory Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in D2C performance marketing and influencer marketing
Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and influencer campaigns
Experience in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categories
Strong understanding of creator economics, affiliate models, and UGC
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling D2C brands with influencer-led growth
Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, influencer platforms
Exposure to social commerce or live commerce is a plus
