Job Description:-

Salesforce Tech Lead – B3

Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce experience

Level: B3

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Salesforce architecture aligned with business and scalability needs - Lead development using Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled jobs) - Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components - Develop client-side logic using JavaScript - Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions - Ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability - Provide technical guidance and code reviews for Salesforce developers

Technical Skills

- Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud as applicable) - Apex, Triggers, Async Processing - LWC, Aura Framework - JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Salesforce Integrations (REST / SOAP) - DevOps & CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Copado - Salesforce Configuration & Administration

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

- Salesforce Administrator - Platform Developer II (PD2)
