About the Role: We are seeking dynamic, media-savvy, and strategically minded personnel to drive Public Relations and Strategic Outreach efforts for our education clients. This is a full-time role ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently manage strategic communications, media engagement, and stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: PR and Media Relations- • Lead media outreach across national and regional publications, both traditional and digital. • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers. • Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, op-eds, and success stories. • Manage media queries, crisis communications, and timely responses. • Support campaign planning and execution to align with broader strategic goals. • Drive outreach initiatives that support brand reputation and thought leadership.

Content Strategy & Communications- • Collaborate with internal teams to shape content strategy across earned, owned, and paid platforms. • Ensure alignment of PR messaging with brand tone and values. • Lead the creation of impactful storytelling around campaigns, leadership voices, and brand milestones.

Key Skills & Qualifications- • Proven experience in media relations, strategic communication, or public affairs. • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. • Strong network within media and influencers (preferred in education). • Strategic thinker with an eye for newsworthiness and audience impact. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Bachelor's/Master's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
