Sr. Executive (Billing & Estimation)

Reporting to:

Management, Project Manager & Project- in-charge

Responsibilities: Preparing Budgets - Ongoing & Completed Projects ·

Budget includes - Raw shell, Warm Shell, MEP, Façade & Fabrication ·

Cost Comparisions for Labour & Material as per requirement

Preparing of Preliminary Budgets for new projects ·

Work out the quantities for all bldgs ,podium - Raw shell, warm shell ·

Finalized the bills of RCC with the Contractor ·

Approved indents as per estimate ·

Uploading Bill of Quantities

Weekly meeting with Site & Project Incharge ·

Guide and direct the Trainee engineers

Candidate Profile:

Candidate with atleast 8-12 years of direct work experience in the required function and ideally from the similar field Education:

Civil/ Construction Technology Work Experience:

8 – 12 years of work experience Personality Traits & Skills:

High on integrity ·

High learning ability ·

To work effectively within the team ·
