Process Simulation Twin & Optimization Engineer Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. 15–20+ years of experience in process simulation/modeling.

Minimum Requirement: 15–20+ years of experience in process simulation/modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Develop and maintain process simulation models (steady-state & dynamic). Use digital twins to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize plant performance. Identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and yield enhancements. Perform debottlenecking studies and solve complex operational issues. Validate models using real plant data and sensitivity analysis. Lead technical reviews, feasibility studies, and safety assessments. Support operations teams and provide expert technical guidance.
