Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our
Domestic Outbound Banking team . The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting banking products, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for banking products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into customers.
Requirements
Prior experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or lead generation (banking preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of banking products and customer service practices.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
