Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Presales Executive located in Baner, Pune. Work from Office.

Responsibilities Calling existing leads / data and potential customers Nurturing the Lead nurturing generating Site Visits Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, site visits and bookings Have a strong followup with the leads Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications 1-3 years' of presales experience in Real Estate industry Proven experience working as a Presales Executive. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills Customer oriented and exceptional customer experience skills Good written and verbal communication skills Energetic and Go-getter personality
