Job Profile Overview:
The Engineer – Customer Success Assurance is responsible for contributing to revenue generation for spares, AMC’s and service PO’s, oversee after-sales service activities within a defined geographical region, ensuring smooth support, maintenance services, and customer satisfaction for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical equipment. The role focuses on customer retention and coordination with the stakeholders.
Education: BE, B Tech. (Mech., Chem., Instru., Biotech)
Years of Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Work Location: North West / South East
Travel Requirement: Yes, Extensively.
Accountable &Responsible for:
1. Visit customer sites, understand requirements, and coordinate with the back-end team for offer submission.
2. Support revenue generation through AMC, spare parts, and service contract renewals.
3. Assist in maintaining customer communication and act as a support contact under guidance of seniors.
4. Support identification of consumables, spare parts, and service opportunities through field observations.
5. Maintain accurate service documentation, visit reports, and customer records.
6. Assist seniors in improving service quality and customer experience.
7. Co-ordinate for identifying opportunities for AMC, spare parts, and service contract.
8. Coordinate internally for smooth service execution and delivery of spares.

1. Should have a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
2. Customer relationship management
3. Should be a persistent, cost-conscious, street-smart Salesperson.
4. Understanding of pharma equipment & GMP compliance
