Qualification:

Minimum any Degree and PG will be added Experience:

Minimum

3-4 years

of experience in an Educational institution. (Like

B-School

or

any College in the academic department ) Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities: Maintain all student records. Coordinate course scheduling, faculty assignments, and classroom allocations. Ensure timely distribution of teaching plans, materials, and academic guidelines. Facilitate faculty meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor adherence to course delivery plans and academic standards. Address academic queries, grievances, and student feedback. Track student performance, attendance, and provide necessary academic interventions. Maintain academic records, timetables, and grading documentation. Ensure compliance with university and accreditation requirements. Liaise with the University /AICTE for the calendar of events. Assist in organising academic events, including orientations, workshops, seminars and exams. Coordinate internal assessments, exam schedules, and result processing. Submission of Faculty members' proposals with remarks for attending FDP/MDP Furnishing relevant info from the Academic officer for Accreditation, Ranking, BU /SEP compliance, etc., matters.

Candidates must be local and based within Karnataka.
