Returns Analyst (6 months contract)

Job description  Process debit memos accurately and in a timely manner as per company policies  Review and validate supporting documents related to returns and debit memos  Handle return-related emails from customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.  Respond to queries professionally and within defined SLAs  Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve discrepancies  Maintain and update return and debit memo records in internal systems  Track pending cases and follow up to closure.  Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements  Prepare and share periodic status reports on returns and debit memos  Prepare upload templates for bills related to expired products.  Escalate issues or delays to the supervisor when required.  Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Job Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.  Strong understanding of the generic pharmaceutical industry, including product flow, reimbursement mechanisms, and accounts receivable processes.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of management, both internal and external.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong working knowledge of complex formulas, data analysis, and macros.  Ability to manage a high volume of work with urgency while maintaining absolute accuracy and meeting tight turnaround timelines.  Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of follow-up and follow-through to ensure tasks are properly prioritized and completed.  Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity.  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.  Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
