Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Inside Sale & Customer Excellence Officers specializing in pharmacy software sales and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales qualification of inbound leads
Conduct product training sessions (demos) virtually
Assist customers in initial setup (profile setup, data migration)
Resolve basic software usage queries and coordinate with technical support
Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics
Proactively engage inactive or low-usage clients
Handle renewal reminders and subscription follow-ups
Collect feedback and suggest product improvements
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Reduce churn and improve customer retention
Qualifications
Experience in the pharmacy software industry is a definite plus
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Proficiency in customer support and a track record of ensuring customer satisfaction
Demonstrated analytical skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Knowledge of ticketing systems or CRM software
