Drive B2B growth in the NCR market.
Manage sales and merchandising strategies.
Focus on sustainable and socially impactful solutions.
Procurement/Sourcing of products.
Customization of products/gifts.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or event management.
Proven vendor sourcing & supplier management experience.
Experience working with Delhi NCR corporate ecosystem.
Strong negotiation, presentation & proposal-building skills.
Exposure to pricing, margin management & merchandising strategy preferred.
Passion for sustainable & socially impactful products is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Strong connections with Vendors, manufacturers of apparels, sustainable products,
Ability to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
